Itinerary

Arrival in Moshi / Arusha
Meet & greet at the airport; transfer to your hotel; briefing and gear check with your mountain guide.

Machame Gate → Machame Camp
Drive to Machame Gate for registration; begin trek through lush rainforest to Machame Camp.

Machame Camp → Shira Camp
Hike through moorland with stunning views; arrive at Shira Plateau for overnight.

Shira Camp → Lava Tower → Barranco Camp
Acclimatization day; ascend to Lava Tower (4,600m) then descend to Barranco Camp.

Barranco Camp → Karanga Camp
Climb the Barranco Wall; trek through valleys to Karanga Camp.
- 6
Karanga Camp → Barafu Camp
Short but steep hike to Barafu Camp; rest and prepare for the summit push.

Summit (Uhuru Peak) → Mweka Camp → Departure
Midnight summit attempt to Uhuru Peak; descend to Mweka Camp, then continue to Mweka Gate for exit and transfer.
